The Idaho Bankers Association is pleased to announce that La Dawn Anderst has been named their new Executive Vice President beginning March 1.
Prior to joining IBA, Anderst worked for the Idaho REALTORS as their CEO. While there, she assumed the roles of Education Director, Membership Services Director, Policy Coordinator, Convention Coordinator, Idaho REALTOR Leadership Academy Coordinator, Director of Operations and Interim CEO.
Anderst brings 26 years of experience in association management and leadership to the Idaho Bankers Association.
“La Dawn is an accomplished executive whose knowledge and experience will add value for our members and staff in today’s rapidly changing financial services industry. We look forward to the many contributions she will bring to our team,” said Trent Wright, IBA President and CEO.
La Dawn is a transplant from the state of Washington but she made the Treasure Valley her home after attending Northwest Nazarene University where she earned a BA in Business Administration. She lives in Nampa with her husband, State Representative Robert Anderst and their two children.
The Idaho Bankers Association is a statewide bankers’ trade association that represents all charter types and sizes of banks operating in Idaho.
