Press Release
Judith Bittick of Boise has been appointed by Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter as a commissioner for Serve Idaho, the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism.
“Our commissioners bring a wealth of knowledge and energy to the commission as well as first-hand knowledge of the benefits and rewards of service in our communities,” said Renee Bade, program manager for Serve Idaho.
Bittick is a former program manager for the Lewis-Clark Service Corps AmeriCorps program where she worked for 14 years. She volunteers with the Idaho Conservation League, Idaho Rivers United and the Arizona Archaeological Society. She is looking forward to promoting volunteerism and national service throughout her term as a commissioner.
